I would of given this book 5 stars for it was written so marvelous and it gave you such an intense feeling as though you were really there and right along side the characters.A talented writer no doubt to get you so caught up and swept away in Sophias world.However I know several lies were told that was not true and perhaps it was not meant to be a factually book. That's the only bad thing at all I have to say about the contents in it, not enough truth.As far as well written that it truly was and if it had been actually facts in it worthy of 5 stars for certain.But perhaps not enough time given to researching the personalites of the Shliemanns.Product details

One of the most facinating, well researched reads I have read in a long time.We need more books like this. Where are they? This book should be a movie. The writer has a way of bringing the story to life. especially after the 60th page.
